Returns for Imported Products:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for imported products. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the product packaging is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pk.lughurs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if the fault is determined to be ours (e.g., wrong product sent, manufacturing defect), we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Replacement Process:

If a replacement is necessary, we will process your replacement order within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery charges for the replacement order may apply.

Exclusions:

Our return policy does not cover returns for items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or if the original packaging has been tampered with.
